The two stars have beaten Jess Glynne, who charted at #2 with 'All I Am' and last week's chart champions, Benny Blanco, Halsey and Khalid with 'Eastside' with their upbeat EDM track.
This isn't the first time Sam Smith has delved into the world of EDM, joining forces with Disclosure with 'Latch' back in 2013, and Calvin has already topped the charts this year with another pop collaboration in the form of superstar Dua Lipa, who sang on 'One Kiss'.
With both 'Eastside' and 'Promises' taking the number one spot these last two weeks, it looks like Drake's chart domination with 'In My Feelings' is officially over, after taking the top spot for the past FOUR weeks!
Ironically, Benny Blanco revealed Calvin Harris will be singing on his next track, so we're sure there're no hard feelings between the two chart toppers!
