Calvin Harris & Sam Smith's 'Promises' Holds Tight At Number 1 For A Second Week

Calvin Harris & Sam Smith's huge new single 'Promises' has held on to the top spot for a second week.
The collaboration went to the top last week on The Official Vodafone Big Top 40, becoming Calvin's eighth Number 1 song.
There was no change to the Top 5 - Jess Glynne, Benny Blanco, Loud Luxury and Maroon 5 were all Non-Movers.

Thunderclouds from Labrinth, Sia & Diplo was this week's big climber, shooting 26 places up the chart to Number 7. The music video was released this week and the track has also been featured on a Samsung TV advert.
Dynoro's 'In My Mind' has entered the chart at Number 9. The dance track has been huge across mainland Europe this summer and is starting to gain traction in the UK.
The 1975's TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME was another big New Entry at Number 28 after the band brought out its incredible music video earlier this week.
